About the Position

The Chat Support Associate role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the daily operations of veterinary professionals. As a key member of the support team, you will engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, and platform demos, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every user leveraging the arenaflex platform for their supply ordering needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios and solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner, demonstrating patience and compassion when handling difficult situations.
  • Handle various daily and weekly admin responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering, partner, and corporate teams to provide valuable insights on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to the arenaflex platform, driving growth and innovation.
  • Work with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of processes to streamline support workflows, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive efficiency and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • A 2-year Associate's degree or a 4-year College degree, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support is strongly preferred, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms being a significant advantage.
  • Patient and compassionate approach when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to learn and help customers succeed.
  • A positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
