Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, every time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to respond with empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfort and experience using computers, including CRM systems, email, and chat software.
  • Experience working with customer support, either in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
