Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Assisting with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless and efficient order management.
- Utilizing NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences and maintain a strong online reputation.
- Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips to resolve their concerns.
- Working closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, using this information to improve our services and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent experience for all customers, upholding arenaflex's high standards of customer service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with experience using these platforms to manage orders, customer information, and inventory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred, but not required.
