Job Description:
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our help desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing technical support and resolving issues related to account creation and claims online portal registration
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
Schedule:
* Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am
- End times flexibility between 2pm and 4:30pm
- Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, starting at 6am daily
Required Skills and Experience:
* 2+ years of account creation experience
- 2+ years of customer service and IT help desk experience
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented
- High school diploma
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
* ServiceNow and CyberArk experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
