As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers from all over the world in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections, resolving travel issues, and making every customer's experience memorable. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, building customer loyalty and retention

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security
  • Navigate challenges with composure and adaptability, resolving issues while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the ability to carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
