Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis, providing clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Proactively resolving customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved.
  • Accurately maintaining records of customer interactions, ensuring all issues are tracked and logged.
  • Upholding communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer support, achieving a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.5+ in previous roles.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in handling inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and prioritize tasks.
  • Availability to work flexibly when called upon.
