The Role: Melon Online Fulfillment Agent
As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding our online service offering and providing top-notch support to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers primarily through chat, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your expertise and knowledge of the product will enable you to help customers navigate through features, triage general questions and emergency assistance, and escalate complex needs to dedicated day teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries

- Ensure a seamless customer experience, providing warm handovers in cases of escalation

Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and Sabre experience
- A proven track record of success and a willingness to take on new challenges
- An interest in driving technological advancement and innovation in the SME business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple platforms
