As a Lead Outcomes Researcher at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing outcomes research studies aimed at assessing the real-world effectiveness of healthcare interventions. What you will be doing
- Lead the design and execution of outcomes research studies, including the development of study protocols and methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify relevant patient outcomes and endpoints.
- Analyze real-world data sources such as electronic health records and claims databases to generate insights into treatment patterns and outcomes.
- Interpret and communicate research findings to internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of publications and presentations for scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals. Your profile
- University degree in Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field. P.hD Strongly Preferred.
- Extensive experience in outcomes research within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS, R, or Stata.
- Strong understanding of study design principles, observational research methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
