About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in protecting and increasing revenues and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues, utilizing department tools, resources, and expertise to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives, ensuring that productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met or exceeded.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, creating a win-win resolution to problems and using courteous and professional language to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Initiate the escalation process for unresolved customer problems, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Utilize intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and mainstream web browsers to provide efficient and effective support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent education
  • 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment
  • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math, with a customer service orientation and strong English and Spanish comprehension
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and mainstream web browsers
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher education
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
