About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) at arenaflex, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices; knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. Other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative position include:

  • A high school diploma, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification
  • Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
