About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our patients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Communicate effectively and concisely with patients, both verbally and in writing
  • Learn and understand our ETM software operation and billing and account operations
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills as needed
  • Update patients' insurance coverage and print courtesy claims and itemized statements
  • Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information and arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
  • Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not required, we prefer candidates with experience in retail and restaurant service, as these industries have taught you the importance of providing exceptional customer experiences. If you have a background in customer-facing roles, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this position and provide top-notch service to our patients.
