Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Product Specialists – Entry Level. As a Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to work from home, testing and providing feedback on upcoming products and services from renowned brands. Main Responsibilities

  • Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required materials.
  • Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
  • Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
  • Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to share your thoughts and opinions about the products being tested, as required by market research firms.
  • Utilize MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, a cutting-edge smartphone technology designed to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses, as needed for specific projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit, with the ability to follow specific instructions and protocols.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express your thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to working 15-25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate our clients' needs.
  • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • 18 years or older, with no prior experience required – we welcome entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive training and support.
