Job Summary

As a Part Time Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone and providing them with exceptional service and support. You'll work in a virtual environment, using your problem-solving skills to resolve unique situations and de-escalate conflicts. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with their orders and accounts, providing solutions to their problems and exceeding their expectations
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to resolve unique situations and de-escalate conflicts
  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment, ensuring that you're fully focused on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Offer additional products or services to customers on each interaction, increasing sales and revenue for arenaflex
  • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed in your role

Requirements

* Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining high-paced call volume, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues

  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders, using your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers, using your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
  • Sit for long periods of time, using your physical stamina to stay focused and productive throughout your shift
  • Troubleshoot your own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed), using your resourcefulness to find solutions and stay connected with customers
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours, using your flexibility to meet the needs of arenaflex and our customers
