Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their beloved pets. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with their queries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
