Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via email, phone, and chat. You'll work closely with our Senior Support Manager to become an expert in our software application, website, and YouTube channel, and provide guidance to clients on troubleshooting and setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our software application, website, and YouTube channel through training and self-study
- Collaborate with our Senior Support Manager to create and implement effective support strategies and processes
- Conduct appointments and video calls with customers to troubleshoot or setup our software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software development or fintech environment
- Proficient English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with software development, fintech, or a related field
- Knowledge of Galileo FX Trading Robot or similar software applications
- Familiarity with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Experience with video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Skype
- Certification in technical support or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
As a Tech Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
