Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems with ease
  • Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
