Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Live Chat Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information
  • Creating a positive customer experience and driving sales
  • Working closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
