Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers on websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using provided steps and instructions to guide your work
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or live chat support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using provided steps and instructions to guide your work
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer service best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
