Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer support and service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via live chat, email, and text, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses that enhance their experience with our brand
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, as well as resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
