Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our records. This is a part-time/full-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing documents

  • Manage data entry tasks, including entering information into our database and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our records, including updating and maintaining our customer database
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including communicating with them via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining our office supplies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
