About the Role: Customer Service Associate (Call Center)

We're excited to announce that we're expanding our customer operations team and seeking talented Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our dynamic team! As a CSA, you will play a vital role in facilitating intake calls and requests for our flagship customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services, ensuring timely and efficient support for our customers
  • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Log and track calls and requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with our customers
  • Identify opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients, driving growth and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly learn our systems and processes
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Very good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls, with strong data entry skills
  • Reliability and a team-oriented approach, with a commitment to supporting our customers and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices

  • Bilingual skills, preferably in a non-Spanish language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
