Job Overview

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and drive revenue growth
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our dealer clients improve their customer service and sales strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and drive results. The essential qualifications and requirements for this position include:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred, but not necessary
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Training and Development

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
