Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues related to our Marketplace via email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions, presenting arenaflex in a positive and professional light at all times.
  • Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention by negotiating reasonable solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
  • Partner with management to escalate complex customer issues, identify trends, and communicate solutions to improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide proactive and consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, ensuring that every customer receives a prompt and satisfactory response.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including summaries of inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth.
  • Adhere to the company's QA program standards, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service and continually improving performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience, with call center experience being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details clearly and professionally.
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to navigate through programs and windows with ease.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Must be able to meet minimum required interactions of 80+ per day and maintain a low error rate as an email specialist.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established by the supervisor.

  • Previous experience in a remote customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
