Introduction to the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and resolving complex consumer issues in a fast-paced environment. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. No two days will be the same, and you will have the chance to discover your potential and take your career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
  • Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • The ability to type 25 wpm
  • A High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • The ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 6 months of Call Center experience

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:

  • A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 15.0 Mbps
  • A minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 5.0 Mbps
  • An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • A clean and quiet workspace
