Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, responsible for ensuring our customers in the Midwest region (WI, MN, IA, ND, SD) maximize the value of our products. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving product adoption, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires up to 50% travel within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving product adoption and utilization by monitoring customer engagement and health, proactively identifying challenges, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to implement retention strategies.
  • Drive customer renewal efforts through proactive communication, securing timely renewals, and ensuring seamless implementation processes.
  • Become knowledgeable of arenaflex's solutions and service offerings, providing accurate and relevant information to customers, and communicating utilization data to demonstrate value creation.
  • Secure customer feedback, share internally, and influence the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage automated and manual processes to maintain information flow, document customer accounts, and improve business metrics to measure arenaflex's impact.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service to a diverse customer base.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about new solutions, features, and how to communicate their value to customers effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS products and knowledge of EdTech are advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong desire to help customers succeed and contribute to their overall satisfaction with our product.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the designated territory.

What We Offer

arenaflex offers a competitive base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on factors such as credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. Additionally, this role is eligible for company benefits, including stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
