Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat, phone, and email to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, and your contributions will play a critical role in shaping our company's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers through live chat, phone, and email
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or phone support environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
