Job Summary

As a Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying areas of improvement, and driving data-driven decisions. You will work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Support arenaflex's paid media examination capability by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize paid media spend
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
