Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Fashion E-commerce at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will work closely with customers to resolve their inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on fit, fashion trends, product availability, and specials. Your expertise in luxury fashion and ability to build strong relationships with customers will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
  • Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
  • Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment

  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and product lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics
