Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases, promotions, and product features
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of pet products and services, including industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with customer service software, including Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
