Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our commercial insurance clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, you will possess a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures, as well as experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently, and providing guidance on the claims process.
  • Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals, and providing clients with renewal options and recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients, providing guidance on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures. You will also have experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are also essential.
