As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with these individuals, assess their eligibility for compensation, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
• Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide empathetic support and guidance throughout the process
• Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer screen
• Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of the company
• Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage customer interactions and follow scripts appropriately
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring that technical problems do not disrupt your work or impact customer service

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused customer service. Requirements

• Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
• Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) and high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
• Use a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432)
• Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused customer service, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
• Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
