Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the delivery process. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to package delivery, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Documenting delivery information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements

To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute, including 10-key
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
