About the Role

We're excited to announce an opportunity for experienced social media sales representatives to join our team as Chat Assassins. As a Chat Assassin, you'll work with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be responsible for selling for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
• Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day)
• Organic account growth (2 hours/day)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes/day)
• Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes/day)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working from home
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Chat Assassin, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary, plus commissions and bonuses based on your performance. Our compensation structure includes:

• Fixed payment
• Hourly rate
• Commissions
• Bonuses

Our average performance level is $600-$1,200/month, with opportunities to grow to $1,200-$2,000/month and even $2,000-$3,000+/month for excellent performers. There's no limit on commissions, and you'll have the opportunity to advance through our career paths, including leadership roles such as Team Leader, Lead Trainer, Sales Coach, and more.
