Responsibilities and Duties

As a remote chat brand representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts who visit our website, taylormadegolf.com
• Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and our brand with customers
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide personalized recommendations and advice
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with the arenaflex website and any related media or searches
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to professional levels
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Compensation and Perks

• A 1099 Independent Contractor position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet

• Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
