Job Summary

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. You'll work from home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer relationships

  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • Open availability, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
