Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience

• Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
• Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
