Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Conversational AI and Live Chat Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversational AI and live chat support

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
