Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.
Expected Hours and Work Environment
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 9am - 5pm EST. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a part-time associate, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
Role Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
