Key Responsibilities

• Performs various tasks, including compounding, drug treatment reviews, and prescription management

• Follows up with clinical providers' offices to clarify prescribed medications, doses, refills, interactions, and allergies
• Performs clinical and health services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management

Essential Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region

• Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications
