Job Summary

We're looking for a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8AM-5PM. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelors Degree

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customs brokerage or a related field

• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and procedures
