Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of tasks, including:

• Accurately input and organize user data and organizational records into the system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the development team to assist in the creation of tools that facilitate data migration and application setup, leveraging your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
• Support end users by ensuring their accounts and credentials are properly established and functioning, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively in your work.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous, as we strive to provide inclusive and culturally sensitive support to our users.
• Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
