Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails.
  • Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, leveraging your problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrating a strong client-facing orientation and utilizing your technical acumen to resolve complex issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement process improvements and root-cause analysis methodologies to enhance the overall client experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
