Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers. You will respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, identify customer needs, and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs. You will also oversee the route optimization for technicians, analyze and report product malfunctions, and update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and technical support systems
  • Experience with social media monitoring and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
