Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by arenaflex. You'll answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to ensure our customers receive the excellent service they expect and deserve. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, or in-person

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with arenaflex's systems and tools

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Our salary range for this position is $21.34 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases based on performance.
