Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Geographic Data group, you'll be responsible for creating geographic data for assigned areas, designing PC-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to local Deal Makers. If you're a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Create PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned areas using MapInfo, as requested by local Deal Makers

• Process requests and inquiries from arenaflex Activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials
• Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including data analysis and interpretation, as assigned
• Provide administrative support to local Deal Makers, including preparing cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, and meeting other administrative needs
• Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, greeting office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, and recording and scheduling deliveries and office supplies

Required Skills and Qualifications

* General knowledge of geographic information systems and data analysis

• Familiarity with data visualization and presentation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with MapInfo and other geographic information systems software

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field, or two years of relevant work experience in geographic information systems
