Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Licensed Social Worker at arenaflex, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. This role is pivotal in researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, spanning the entire lifecycle. All member contact is conducted telephonically or via electronic exchange, with a focus on empowering members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and advocate for members' health and benefit needs.
• Research and identify community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health support.
• Conduct telephonic or electronic exchanges with members to understand their needs and provide appropriate support and resources.
• Empower members to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and support provided.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in your state of residence. A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management is required, along with a Master's Degree in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40 per year, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
