About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings, using regular feedback and coaching to help you achieve your performance goals.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and coaching, developing your skills and advancing your career with the support of our experienced team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer chats simultaneously, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service. Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred, although we provide comprehensive training to all of our chat support representatives.
