Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Digital Chat/Text Agent. As a Digital Chat/Text Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer chats and tickets, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries, and ensuring that their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. This is a remote position, but you will be required to attend a comprehensive four-week training program in Saint George, Utah, before transitioning to remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns about our company, products, website, and health-related information
- Identify and send potential leads to the New Sales Team, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximized
- Assist customers in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience
- Route tickets to the relevant departments, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the New Sales Team to contact customers, resolve their concerns, and provide exceptional support
- Support customers in placing their first order, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Participate in comprehensive training and coaching sessions with the Digital New Sales Manager to optimize performance and achieve exceptional results
- Attend all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings on a weekly basis, contributing to a culture of open communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A typing speed of 50+ words per minute, enabling you to respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 5-6 at once)
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints
- A self-employed mentality, with a strong sense of ethics and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
- A detail-oriented approach, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, building trust with other agents and customers, and contributing to a positive and supportive culture
- Trustworthiness and reliability, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of integrity
