Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative will assist in the achievement of sales of arenaflex products, supporting company goals and quotas. This role will serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations, driving territory coverage, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls and inquiries, managing and resolving customer complaints, providing customers with product information, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by identifying and securing all relevant sales opportunities
- Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Work with the Field Sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships
- Take incoming customer calls and inquiries, responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product information, addressing their needs and concerns
- Process orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Must be able to speak clearly and communicate effectively
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Knowledge of SAP or similar software programs is desirable

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
