Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to deliver superior customer support throughout the day. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering customer calls, resolving conflicts, and upselling additional services to enhance our customers' outdoor living spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns

- Resolve conflicts in a professional and decisive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track customer history and preferences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Foundational sales skills, with experience upselling products and services to meet customer needs
- Written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), with a keen understanding of how to leverage these platforms to enhance customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Knowledge of lawn care, tree & shrub, and pest control services, with a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental sustainability
- Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $29,053.00 - $52,294.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
